How can I choose the correct size?

Our sizes follow UK standard sizing. You can consult the size guide available on each product page. If you need additional help, you can write to us and we will advise you.

Can I change the size if it's not correct?

Yes, you have 15 days from the receipt of the order to request a size change. To arrange this, contact us at info@orvelar.com and we will guide you through the steps.

I have received my order number — what should I do now?

Once the order is confirmed, you will subsequently receive an email with the tracking number when the shipment has been prepared.

I have received the tracking number, but no information appears

It is normal for tracking to take a few days to update. During this period, it may appear as "pre-registered" or without available information. We recommend checking the status again within 2 to 5 business days.

Why haven't I received my order?

If you already have a tracking number, your order is in the delivery process. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and demand. If the order exceeds the estimated time, contact us at info@orvelar.com, indicating your order number.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can request cancellation within 8 hours of placing the order. Once this period has passed, the order may have been processed and it will not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Can I return a product?
